Initiate Request
Log into your Monte Carlo account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached before placing it back in its original packaging along with the invoice.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the parcel; please ensure you receive a signed pickup confirmation receipt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
